Refund Policy

If inclement weather impacts the event, we will offer a condensed indoor program. If the event must be fully cancelled due to weather, all ticket purchasers will be offered either a refund or the option to convert 100% of their ticket payment into a charitable donation supporting our mission. Sponsorships will be reviewed individually based on benefits already delivered and the terms of the sponsorship agreement.
