Whitney McKnight

Whitney McKnight is executive director of Muse Family Foundation, where she manages overall grant making and asset allocation strategy. Muse Family Foundation focuses on economic mobility initiatives, primarily in South Dallas. Previously, McKnight managed social and environmental investing initiatives first as agriculture portfolio manager at Village Capital, and then as a senior analyst at Chess Ag Capital Partners. She has served on Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas Community Board, Year-Up DFW Growth Taskforce and University of California, Davis, College of Environmental and Agricultural Sciences Board.

McKnight is the daughter of John and Lyn Muse. Lyn Muse served on Dallas College Foundation board from 2002 to 2015. McKnight has a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from University of San Diego and a Master of Science in international agricultural development and agricultural resource economics from University of California, Davis.
