Elite Scholarships
Dallas College elite scholarships focus on your growth, networking, community activities and offer mentors who see you through your educational journey. Applicants must have a Dallas College ID prior to submitting their application for Elite Scholarships.
Erin Tierney Kramp Encouragement Scholarship
The Erin Tierney Kramp Encouragement Scholarship was established in 1999 by the ETK Encouragement Foundation and the Dallas/Fort Worth Private Equity Forum in memory of a courageous individual, Erin Tierney Kramp. In 1994, Erin Tierney Kramp was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 33.
Erin Tierney Kramp Program awards scholarships to students based upon their courage and perseverance in the face of adversity. Eligible applicants include high school seniors who will graduate in the spring and current students attending Dallas College.
Erin Tierney Kramp Board members mentor the Kramp scholars. Recipients of the Erin Tierney Kramp Encouragement Endowed Scholarship will receive funds for tuition and books for up to six consecutive semesters, plus other advantages.

2025-2026 Scholarship Applications Opens Soon! The scholarship application will open April 1 for Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and/or Summer 2026 awards.
Myers-LeCroy Scholarship
The Myers-LeCroy Scholars Endowed Scholarship was established in 1988 by DCCCD Foundation Board Member Mike A. Myers to recognize the late Dr. R. Jan LeCroy, former Chancellor of the DCCCD from 1981 to 1988, for his exemplary leadership in education and in the community. In 2018, the scholarship was renamed the Myers-LeCroy Scholarship in honor of Mr. Myers dedication to the program.
Outstanding leadership and academics are the main requirements of the Myers-LeCroy Scholars Program. Nancy LeCroy and Mike Myers are mentors to the Myers-LeCroy Scholars. Eligible applicants include high school seniors who will graduate in the spring and students currently enrolled at Dallas College. Students selected as Myers-LeCroy Scholars will receive a scholarship for tuition and books for up to six consecutive semesters, plus other advantages.
